Attention M•Plan Providers:
While most M•Plan commercial members do not have their M•Plan coverage any
longer, there are M•Plan members still active (as of 1/1/08) who may have
coverage through 9/30/08, depending on the termination date of the employer
group's contract. As stated in previous communications to all members and
providers, we ask physicians, hospitals, and other providers to call M•Plan
Provider Services at 317-571-2247 should they have any questions in regards to
M•Plan members who seek covered services with your office. Please do not assume
all employers terminated their group health coverage on 12/31/07.
